Where a product has specific size information or a size guide, we recommend reviewing it carefully before placing an order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product information, pricing or availability.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting your order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

• The product is unavailable
• There is an obvious pricing or product information error
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• There is an issue with the information provided

Your payment may be authorised before your order is fully processed.
For more information about payment methods, please see our Payment Methods page.
We do not store complete payment card details on our website.

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY.
Our estimated delivery time is:
2–15 working days.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, destination, supplier, courier and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
We will use the delivery address provided when the order is placed. Customers should ensure that their delivery information is accurate and complete.
Where goods are not delivered within the agreed period or within the period required by applicable law, your statutory rights may apply.
For online purchases, UK rules generally require delivery within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer.
10. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
When you purchase goods online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
For full information about cancellations, returns and refunds, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts your statutory cancellation rights.
11. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
When exercising a statutory cancellation right, you may handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, similar to how you would be able to inspect them in a shop.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Where reasonably possible, returned items should include their original packaging, labels and accessories.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
12. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Your statutory consumer rights apply if goods are faulty, defective, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, your legal remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
UK consumer law provides a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods in qualifying circumstances.
For information about reporting damaged or faulty products, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Our recommended 7-day reporting period for damaged goods is intended to help us resolve issues quickly and does not restrict or remove any statutory rights.
13. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, we will normally issue it using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
For more information, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
