At Élan Trinity, we aim to make every order a simple and enjoyable experience.
We offer FREE DELIVERY across the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time is 2–15 working days, depending on the product, destination and shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Élan Trinity.
Under UK consumer law, customers who purchase goods online generally have a legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items should be in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection, with original packaging, labels and accessories where applicable.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
For faster assistance, we recommend reporting the issue within 7 days of delivery and providing your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video showing the problem.
The 7-day reporting recommendation does not limit or affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have statutory rights in relation to faulty, defective or misdescribed goods. In qualifying circumstances, consumers may have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and obtain a refund.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, other remedies may include repair or replacement.
REFUNDS
Where a customer validly exercises their statutory cancellation right, Élan Trinity will process the applicable refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Once a returned item has been received, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable UK law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the applicable standard delivery cost in accordance with UK consumer law.
